Key Responsibilities

SailPoint IIQ Administration :

Manage, maintain, and configure the SailPoint IIQ platform to support business needs.

  • Perform application onboarding, role-based access control (RBAC) configuration, and access review campaigns.
  • Support & Troubleshooting :

    Provide Tier 2 / 3 support for SailPoint IIQ-related issues and incidents.

  • Troubleshoot provisioning and deprovisioning errors, workflow failures, and connector issues.
  • Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and minimize system downtime.
  • Policy and Governance :

    Implement and maintain policies related to identity governance and compliance.

  • Conduct audits, generate reports, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Integration & Connector Management :

    Configure and manage connectors for enterprise systems, including Active Directory, LDAP, JDBC, and web services.

  • Ensure seamless integration of applications with SailPoint IIQ for user provisioning and access management.
  • System Monitoring & Optimization :

    Monitor system health, performance, and logs to ensure optimal operation.

  • Identify and implement enhancements to improve system efficiency and reliability.
  • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ administration and support.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting workflows, rules, and application integrations within SailPoint IIQ.
  • Familiarity with connectors, including Active Directory, JDBC, and web services.
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including access certification, provisioning, and governance.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell, Java, or BeanShell.
  • Experience with compliance frameworks such as SOX, GDPR, or NIST is a plus.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • SailPoint IdentityIQ certification is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
