In this role, you will be integral in building and maintaining robust, scalable Magento-based e-commerce solutions. Your strong front-end and back-end expertise, along with your ability to lead technical initiatives, will help shape the direction of our platform.This position requires excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.Responsibilities : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions that enhance user experience and meet business goals.Develop, customize, and maintain Magento-based e-commerce websites, including theme integration, module development, and back-end enhancements.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and Magento development guidelines to maintain high-quality deliverables.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in Magento applications, providing effective solutions that align with business operations.Implement and manage third-party integrations and extensions to enhance e-commerce functionality across various channels.Optimize website performance, including page load times, responsiveness, and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.Stay informed about Magento updates, security patches, and industry best practices, ensuring timely upgrades and compliance with standards.Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects to design and implement technical solutions that align with the overall architecture of the platform.Engage with stakeholders to understand the business context and assess how technical solutions impact users and business operations.Document technical solutions and contribute to knowledge sharing within the development team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Requirements : Proven experience as a Magento Developer or Engineer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both front-end and back-end capabilities.In-depth knowledge of Magento best practices, architecture patterns, and design principles.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering effective technical solutions that address business needs.Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Demonstrated ability to quickly learn business contexts and understand the implications of technical solutions on users and operations.Nice to have : Knowledge of marketplace e-commerce is a plus.#LI-CA1#Midsenior- Health plan and dental plan;- Extended parenting leave;- Life insurance;- Partnership with an online mental health platform;- CI&T University;- Discount Club;- Support Program : psychological guidance; nutritionist and more;- Pregnancy course and responsible parenthood;- Partnership with online course platforms;CI&T is an equal-opportunity employer.
