What you will do

• Design A / B experiments to evaluate the impact of changes we make to the product using statistical methodologies;
• Use expert level SQL & Python & R programming to develop data pipelines, write complex queries, and perform deep dive data analysis;
• Break down nuanced, complex data for partners, keeping context at the forefront of communication;
• Develop and automate reports in Tableau, iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for business priorities;
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to formulate and complete full cycle analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables and presentations;
• Define and monitor key KPI’s; investigate changes in metrics and propose next steps;

Contribute to our team and company data culture through accessible database design and maintenance.

Must haves

Minimum of 3-5 yrs experience in the following :

Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to haves

Startup & PropTech / Real Estate industry experienced preferred but not required.

Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the following : SQL; Python; BI tools (Tableau); Analytics tools (Google Analytics & Mixpanel); Snowflake; DBT; Deep understanding of relational databases and data warehousing; Working knowledge of Airflow, Nomad and other deployment tools; Git PR workflows; Lean heavier on Data science skills – preferable to have mix of SQL / Data science rather than just SQL; Working knowledge of various machine learning techniques and 1-2 years experience in building and deploying ML / AI solutions; Upper-intermediate English level.
