And we will be very happy if you come to be part of our story.Responsibilities and assignments You must provide support to Head Teachers in teaching classes, preparing content and managing students in school environments : Provide support in the classes, sharing with the Head Teacher the guidance to students in the activities in order to enhance learning;Assist the Head Teacher in the distribution and collection of materials;Participate in the implementation of didactic-pedagogical projects by the school;Keep the classroom organized with the materials requested by the Head Teacher;Be responsible for decorating walls, doors, tables and bulletin boards around the school;Adapt activities for students with special educational needs;Ensure safety, constantly staying with students, observing, guiding and interfering when necessary to avoid possible accidents;Receive students at the entrance and exit of the school, paying attention to safety standards;Accompany students at meal times, ensuring that everyone eats well;Manage the class in the absence of the Head Teacher;Record student activities through videos and photos and send them to the Head Teacher;Participate in Academic Meetings, educational conferences and development workshops;Attend school events open to families;Follow RED HOUSE general guidelines (Language Policy, Teachers’ Handbook, Assessment Policy).Requirements and qualifications Education : Attending or graduated in PedagogyExperience : Desirable 2 years of classroom experience;Experience with Early Childhood Education;Languages : Proficiency in EnglishSpecific Technical Knowledge : Early Childhood education (specific for Early Childhood Education)IB MethodologyChild DevelopmentSoft Skills and Values : Digital ThinkingCaring ProfileInterpersonal RelationshipsConflict ManagementCreativityAdditional information Working Hours : Monday to Friday, from 7h45 to 17h30, and some Saturdays (scheduled in advance)Process stages Step 1 : RegistrationStep 2 : Placement TestStep 3 : Interview – Culture FitStep 4 : Hiring#J-18808-Ljbffr
