Role: F&A Delivery Leader
Location: **ONSITE** role in Curitiba
- Manage FAO delivery for LATAM accounts – SLA, Productivity, Attrition management, Customer Engagement etc.
- Drive transformation program
- Ensure 100% delivery within SLA client commitments.
- Strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, the overall management of the client relationship
- Serves as the primary management contact.
- Maintains contact with client at a leadership level
- Leads teams in the delivery
- Develops and evaluates personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.
- Identifies areas where continuous improvement can be applied, implements the change, and measures the level of improvement.
- Exhibits a high degree of initiative and analytical skills to handle and solve complex problems with minimal impact to the enterprise and the client
- Viewed as an expert resource, maintains a good working relationship with both internal and client management
- Demonstrates the ability to lead by example and motivate professional level staff
- Displays strong leadership qualities, decision making abilities, and strong business judgment
- Possesses strong personnel management skills.
SKILLS
- More than 20 years of experience in managing delivery for large accounts in FAO domain
- Strong domain knowledge in P2P, R2R, O2C
- Hands on experience in implementing transformation program for clients including RPA and AI
- Possess a blend of both business and technical skills with the ability to translate business needs into deliverable solutions
- Should be proficient in PowerPoint, Word & Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills & Innovative thinking and capability to carve out niche areas of interest and ideate solutions and frameworks
- Candidates who have supported Presales/Solution team in the past will have an added advantage
