Responsibilities
Support on date migration of various nature (e.g. shared drive to O365).
Support on data analysis and maintenance in various system (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics CRM).
Support on creation and maintenance of Knowledge Base articles for internal use.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in IT related areas.
Desirable 1 year of experience.
Desirable knowledge/experience working in an ITIL environment / IT services.
Desirable knowledge/experience working with service desk tools (e.g. ServiceNow) and applications like SharePoint, Teams and Excel.
English is a must – being able to have a fair level of technical conversation.
Required/Desired Certifications:
- General network certifications.
- Computer certification is highly desired.
- Microsoft certifications highly desired.
