Global responsibilities are addressed by International Taxes and Indirect Taxes, whereas regional responsibilities are organized by area, led by Regional Heads. In this role, you will work with the Manager of Indirect Tax to manage state and municipal taxes and perform closure, tax routines, and daily activities, with minor complexity tasks under direct supervision.Your tasks : Analyze and check the movements of invoices.Calculate taxes (ISS, ICMS).Prepare tax payment process and send to treasury for payment.Control payment receipts.Prepare, validate and deliver tax obligations.Gather documentation for all tax audits.Conduct, with assistance and supervision, a low complexity project, systems change, implementation of ancillary obligations.Issuance of Debt Clearance Certificates from branches and taxes under their respective responsibility.Your profile : 2 years corporate indirect tax experience (required)Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or LawCommunication Skills – Oral and WrittenTax ComplianceMicrosoft Office (Excel Basic to intermediate)MasterSaf – Thompson (Differential)Experience in the Transport Sector (Differential).We offer : Great opportunity to work for the biggest logistics company in the worldInternational and virtual environmentFlexibility and great opportunity to learnTempting Compensation and benefitsDHL is an equal opportunity employer.
