Maintenance Thechinician

1 Ensure compliance of the facilities with safety standards and local regulations;

2 Plan and execute strategic maintenance shutdowns of the facilities;

3 Monitor and ensure that all suppliers meet safety requirements and coordinate all complaints as necessary;

4 Develop and manage the lubrication plan, preventive and predictive maintenance for the entire manufacturing plant and adjacent facilities such as compressed air systems, climate control, and safety systems;

5 Ensure proper analysis of equipment breakdowns and propose actions to prevent new incidents;

6 Ensure that equipment özgü safety tags before starting any intervention;

7 Conduct follow-ups on technical service provision whenever necessary;

8 Ensure that equipment is in base condition, not altering designs or adaptations without considering safety, quality, and performance requirements;

9 Monitor the adequacy of machines and processes to NR 12;

10 Ensure the building maintenance of the plant;

11 Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, repairs, and cleaning needs, as well as resolve emergency issues related to equipment and facilities;

12 Ensure that all equipment meets quality, safety, and current legislation standards in the country;

13 Collaborate with other teams (EHS, Production, and Logistics) to ensure operational efficiency of the facilities;

14 Assist in the development of processes and procedures for the facilities department;

15 Implement sustainability and energy efficiency practices in the facilities;

16 Participate in expansion and/or improvement projects for the unit;

17 Comply with company policies/procedures/standards related to the company, work processes, and implemented management systems;

18 Perform other activities related to your role and work processes.
