Job Description :
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Outbound Calling Coordinator / Cold Caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through high-volume outbound calls, emails, and other communications, introducing our products and services, and setting up targeted weekly appointments. Your primary goal is to engage prospects, build strong relationships, generate interest, and maintain accurate records of interactions to support our sales team.
Key Responsibilities :
Establish Rapport with Prospects :
Conduct outbound calls, texts, emails, and other forms of communication to connect with assigned prospects.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and create a positive impression of our products / services.
- Aim to achieve targeted weekly appointments by effectively engaging with prospects and assessing their suitability.
