Presales Consultant

Job Summary : The consultant will play a key role in supporting the sales process by demonstrating the business value of Centric’s PLM system to prospective customers in both SMB and Enterprise markets. The primary responsibility will be to perform all pre-sales activities needed to sell Centric’s solutions. Key responsibilities :   Understanding Centric’s software and its relevance to the industry. Personalizing and demonstrating the system in pre-sales situations, tailored to the prospect’s data and processes. Collaborating with Marketing to promote the solution through webinars, white papers, and other content. Additional duties :   The consultant will report to the Presales Director. A sales-driven attitude is essential, as Centric is actively expanding in the PLM market. The ability to manage customer relationships independently is key. International travel may be required, so a valid passport or USA Visa is necessary   Qualifications :   3- 5 years’ experience at large software ERP, Supply Chain, PLM vendor (with similar pre-sales role). Specifically, system demonstrations and presentation skills are needed. Strong experience working in fashion or retail industry Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese is required. Excellent Presentation and Communication skills Technical Skills are a bonus : E.g., Windows server environment, Web Application server (WildFly, Tomcat), XML programming, HTML, JavaScript, Databases (MSSQL, Oracle), and knowledge of Virtual Machines.
