Key Responsibilities
SailPoint IIQ Administration :
Manage, maintain, and configure the SailPoint IIQ platform to support business needs.
Support & Troubleshooting :
Provide Tier 2 / 3 support for SailPoint IIQ-related issues and incidents.
Policy and Governance :
Implement and maintain policies related to identity governance and compliance.
Integration & Connector Management :
Configure and manage connectors for enterprise systems, including Active Directory, LDAP, JDBC, and web services.
System Monitoring & Optimization :
Monitor system health, performance, and logs to ensure optimal operation.
