ABOUT THE ROLE
Growth Era is seeking an accomplished Sales Development Rep Manager to join our team. This role is instrumental in exceeding new meetings targets for our clients by leading coaching and motivating the Sales Development Reps (SDRs) on your team.
In this role your responsibilities will include :
- Manage a team of 810 SDRs to win qualified sales meetings for enterprise clients
- Monitor and evaluate SDRs performance and work closely with them to maximize potential
- Ensure effective use of technology tools and our prospecting model
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve sales development playbooks and results for our clients
During the onboarding period youll learn Growth Eras services technology tools and key processes. Additionally youll have the opportunity to shadow experienced SDR Managers and receive onthejob training and support from the entire team.
