Senior System Analyst
As a Senior System Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document system requirements, manage project backlogs, participate in agile development, and ensure system functionalities successful implementation and support.

Responsibilities :
Requirements Gathering : Work closely with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document system requirements.
Backlog Management : Prioritize and manage the product and project backlog, ensuring alignment with the organization s strategic goals.
Agile Development : Participate in agile events (Daily, Sprint Review, Retrospective) to ensure progress is aligned with planning.
Feature Specification : Develop and detail user stories and acceptance criteria that are clear and understandable for the development team.
Systems Analysis : Design and suggest improvements to existing systems to optimize efficiency and functionality.
Testing and Validation : Perform valuations to ensure product requirements are satisfactorily met.
Training and Support : Provide advanced support and training for internal teams on new system features.
Qualifications (must have) :
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven previous experience as a Systems Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role.
Solid knowledge of agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
Knowledge of agile project management metrics for continuous product improvement.
Skills in facilitation techniques, especially decision-making, conflict management, and promoting a collaborative environment.
Experience with the JIRA tool.
Basic understanding of software development technologies (programming languages, databases, APIs).
Advanced English.
Analytical and problem-solving skills (will be a plus);
Leadership and project management skills (will be a plus);
Practical experience in software development projects from conception to delivery (will be a plus);
